Pecan Crunch Squares Recipe

Buttery, nutty, and perfectly sweet! These Pecan Crunch Squares combine a soft, golden crust with a rich pecan topping for a dessert that’s irresistible in every bite. Perfect for holidays, bake sales, or an anytime treat you’ll want to make again and again!

Ingredients:

  • 1 box yellow cake mix (dry)
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup light corn syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13″ baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix dry cake mix, melted butter, and 1 egg until crumbly. Press into the bottom of the prepared dish.
  3. Sprinkle pecans evenly over the crust.
  4. In another bowl, whisk brown sugar, remaining 2 eggs, corn syrup, and vanilla until well combined.
  5. Pour the mixture evenly over pecans and crust.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the top is golden and set.
  7. Cool completely before cutting into squares.
