Homemade Dinner Rolls 🥖
Ingredients:
- 4 cups all-purpose flour (plus extra for dusting)
- 2 teaspoons yeast
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 1/4 cups warm milk
- 1/4 cup oil
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
For Brushing:
- 1 egg white + 2 tablespoons water (for egg wash)
- 2 tablespoons melted butter (for after baking)
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine yeast and sugar. Add warm milk and let sit for 5 minutes until bubbly.
- Add oil, salt, and eggs. Mix well.
- Add flour, one cup at a time, and knead for 5–7 minutes until a smooth dough forms.
- Cover with plastic wrap and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Divide the dough into 16–24 equal portions. Roll each into a ball.
- Arrange in a greased baking pan. Let rest and rise again for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Brush with egg wash.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
- Brush with melted butter after baking. Serve warm with soup, coffee, or tea!
Donuts Dough Recipe 🍩
Ingredients:
- 1 pack rapid-rise yeast
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup warm milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup softened butter
- 4 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let rest for 5 minutes until foamy.
- Add eggs, softened butter, salt, and flour. Mix until a smooth dough forms.
- Knead for several minutes until elastic. Form into a round ball and let rise for 1 hour.
- Divide the dough into 2 portions. On a floured surface, roll out each piece to 1/4 inch thick.
- Cut out donuts using a donut cutter. Repeat until all dough is used.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan (3 inches deep). Fry donuts until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels or a wire rack. While warm, roll in sugar.
- Optional: Add glaze or cinnamon powder. Serve warm and enjoy!

Ingredients:

- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine yeast, sugar, and warm water. Let sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
- Add flour, oil, and salt. Mix and knead until smooth.
- Let rise in a warm place for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
- Roll out and top with sauce, cheese, and your favorite toppings.
- Bake at 450°F (230°C) for 12–15 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
