  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella cheese (the dry kind, not fresh)

  • Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper. Roll it out until it is about 1/2 cm (1/4 inch) thick.
  • The Chill: Pop the rolled-out dough into the freezer for 15 minutes. This makes it easy to cut into perfect “matchsticks.”

3. The “Fry” Cut

  • Use a pizza cutter or a sharp knife to slice the dough into long, thin strips—just like McDonald’s fries.

4. The Crisp

  • Air Fryer (Recommended): Place in a single layer at 200°C (400°F) for 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  • Oven: Bake at 200°C (400°F) on a parchment-lined tray for 12–15 minutes until the edges are deep golden brown.
